Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herb Health:

Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature.
Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things, or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs, and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential, and incidental damages. This Company does not, however, exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Payment

Check and all major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. In the instance of a returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and may insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Lifetime Guarantee and Refunds Policy

Herb Health guarantees that Heart Support will work or your money back. This is a lifetime guarantee, which means we will always honor it. However, this does not mean you can get a refund a year later, etc.

We guarantee the formula will work as long as it is used as directed for your weight and the entire bottle is used. If the taste is not agreeable, you can add water or juice to improve it. Please note, we do not guarantee the taste.

To get authorization to return the bottle(s), you must call our office or email us. Only the first order is eligible for a refund; subsequent orders are not eligible. Wholesale orders do not qualify for the money-back guarantee; only retail orders qualify.

If you ordered multiple bottles and decide you do not want them, you will receive a refund for all bottles when the unopened bottles are returned. The opened bottle does not need to be returned.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the products featured on this website are available only to the US and Canada. If you are outside of this zone, please contact us to discuss shipping to your country.
